"The pool was warm and clean, probably the warmest hotel experience I have had. The room was clean on appearance, but there was a bit of crumbs and debris on the floor behind the bed. The bed was okay, sheets were clean and bedding appeared clean except for the cigarette burn on the bedspread. On the upside, no bedbugs or other bugs were noticed. I checked, which is why I found the space between the head of the bed (below the headboard) and the bed needed cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned nicely. The entire hotel seems dated, but it looks like they are making updates and improvements. Staff was kind and easy to work with. Easy check-in. The only thing I didn’t like was they wanted a $100 deposit on a room that was already fully paid for at booking. I would probably stay again, but I don’t know that I would pay a higher rate than what I did to stay there."
