"Very clean and convenient location would definitely return"

"The cleaning lady was very helpful in storing our belongings and assisting us with check-out. I didn’t see the check-in email, so I couldn’t access the property when I arrived earlier than 4 PM. I tried calling, but the voicemail didn’t provide any useful instructions."

"This Hotel is located right in the center of old San Juan! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Nightlife, and shopping! El Moro Castle is literally a few minutes away. Hotel is super clean and smells fresh. Anytime we needed fresh towels or if the room needed a refresh they were so fast and accommodated our needs. We stayed for 6 nights, and wished our stay was longer. We most definitely will be back."

"The hotel looked and smelled clean, that was very reassuring. The rooms with no balcony were small, ie...there's no closet. Funny thing is the toilet flush is incredibly loud! LOL The adjacent mini store available to guest was so convenient. The check-in was fairly quick. We were surprised that it offered NO continental coffee, let alone breakfast. For the most part, the staff was helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."

"This property is beautiful and eclectic. So many pieces of amazing art done by the owner. The man at the desk each evening was so calming and kind and went out of his way to help us in many ways. The music played each night was lovely. It is very historic and in a great location in Old San Juan. The owner is 92 and was in the music room every night. It was so nice to see how much she enjoys her years of hard work and love. It is definitely perfect if you’re into the history and charm. We also...

"This is one of the better hotel experiences I have had. Very clean, modern, and the staff was incredibly helpful. There are a few parking spots in front of the building, otherwise very easy to find close parking on the street. It is around a 10 minute walk to the beach and old san juan. Overall a great experience and we are so glad we chose to stay here!"

"Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly."
