"They have literally thought of everything with this property. From providing detailed instructions on how to get there to all the facilities including slippers, dressing gowns, steamer, all the toiletries you could need, thick fluffy towels, you name it! It’s also in a super convenient location a stones throw from the Arena du Verona (colosseum). Unfortunately we had a bad night sleep as we could’ve done with a duvet rather than a sheet (throws are provided though) and the mattress didn’t suit...

There were 3 problems: 1-Expedia listed a non-working phone number for the property. I therefore could not contact the property for any late check-in instructions and transfers from the airport as noted in Expedia’s information for the property. 2-Because the property office is open daily from 10a-12p (2-hours) for check-in; I had to change my afternoon flight...

"Because our itinerary was booked, we did not have time for the breakfast but this hotel overall was one of the coolest places we stayed. Loved the details of the curtains marching throughout the hotel and the beautiful details with the bowls and vases placed throughout. The staff were lovely and we loved the accommodation and our little balcony. Since it was in a historical building it felt like we were in a movie set with the gates. Highly recommend."
