"We stayed for three nights. Morning coffee or tea was big problem at this place. No facilities inside the room or in the building. We were asked to go to next building to make our coffee!! Even though I provided a feedback to the management immediately, it didn’t take any action. There was some kind of an AI response that didn’t even address my concerns."

"We chose to return to this hotel because we enjoyed it so much the first time. About 5.00pm each night the day trippers leave and the serenity and beauty of Murano is compelling. It is quiet, rooms are comfortable and staff, especially at breakfast are delightful. The breakfast selection is huge and high quality with as much coffee or tea (or prosecco) as you want. There are five or six excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and the shopping is amazing. "

"I was in a different room this time and the wifi was not as good as the room I had before, but I was tired and didn't feel like a Whatsapp call anyway. This hotel is wonderful. I chose it partly for the airport shuttle, but I found it to be outstanding in all areas. It even has a restaurant and bar that also serves light dishes on the premises. I arrived exhausted from travel and was happy to make use of these without having to go out looking for something nearby. I give Crowne Plaza a 10!"

"Description states elevator, however if you’re staying on the 2nd floor & have a room 253 or above, you’re climbing another 1-1/2 flights of narrow winding stairs. And going to the 3rd floor and coming down does not work! The carpet is threadbare on the stairs. If you go to the breakfast after 9:15 the room is overly overly warm. This hotel should not be rated at 7. This is the smallest room I have ever seen and it slanted. "

"My partner and I travelled for three nights and stayed at the Amadeus hotel. We were afraid as it is pretty close to the train terminal and I had heard it was not a great location. but what a plus. Location was great. Wrong it was perfect! The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was exactly what we needed for a whole day out of touring. Many choices. Room was not too small for the standard room we chose and decor was as expected. Rooms looked better in person than in pictures. Bathroom was ok with plenty of hot water. They even provided a breakfast to the go because we checked out at 6:30 am. Wil recommend roe a short stay."
