"I booked this thinking I could relax before my 15 hr flight but I couldn’t. This morning I tried to use the pool and the access card didn’t let me, there was no one to ask for help around pr open the door. The coffee machine in my room wasn’t working, I wanted to grab a coffee from the hotel cafe and for that I had to pay for a full breakfast buffet. Eventually I was able to get some instant coffee only but there were too many difficulties to obtain a simple cup of coffee to start my day. Very...

"The bed was comfortable. We were able to control the room temperature well. It was quiet place to relax. Breakfast was consistent.
Close to underground so quick to get where we wanted to go.
Tried the roof top restaurant but service was very slow and the appetizer we did get were cold. Sent back the main courses because it took way too long to get the order."

"Very good stay. I'll seek to be back in the future.
One note, about fresh air. No window on my room opened to let fresh air in. This is somewhat understandable if the setting is to use the HVAC which likely will allow a % of fresh air. But as soon as you leave the room in the morning the HVAC turns off. And by the time you arrive back in the evening it's not good and takes a while to get good fresh air through the % of the HVAC."
