"We were so comfortable staying in this beautiful apartment hotel. The suite was spacious and well appointed. So cool that this is converted palace. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lovely shower and fluffy towels. The location was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alicante"

"Das Hotel liegt gut, man ist innerhalb 10 min in der in der Innenstadt. Parkhaus ist auch direkt neben dem Hotel. Das war es an positives, was wir über Sercotel Maya berichten können.
Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, da wir als Familie gereist sind. Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich abgenutzt, gehört wohl nicht zu dem Stockwerk mit den renovierten Zimmern. Leider war unser Zimmer auch nicht wirklich gut geputzt- es waren noch Krümel und Haare auf dem Boden, auch das Bad war nicht richtig...
