"This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. If you want to talk to a "real" Italian, this is the place for you!
One word of warning: the Palazzo dates from the 15th century and has no lift , so the stairs are not for the...

Respecto a la habitación, todo fue genial: cama cómoda y un juego completo de toallas de varios tamaños. Un gran detalle el café gratis con dulces. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de absolutamente todo. Si vuelvo a Bolonia, no dudaré en quedarme...

"We appreciated the hosts taking our last minute same day booking on an expedia relocation after our previous location did not have working hot water. "Centrally located with many options for shopping, museums, historical churches and dining within walking distance . Eduardo was a great host attentive to needs. Only drawback was the stairs up after the elevator which was tough with our luggage after our trip but we managed. "
