"The room was clean but a bit dated. Beds were a bit squeaky and you could hear people walking about in their rooms above."

"Breakfast menu fresh and good choices. Would benefit from more disabled parking bays, and an accessible guest toilet in reception. Also our room could do with heated towel rail in bathroom as it was rather chilly in there. Otherwise lovely hotel and would definitely stay again."

"We stayed in a deluxe double room, for one night, overlooking the car park but it was very quiet and spacious. Room and bathroom was very clean (except under the bed!). We only found out it was not vacuumed because we had to move the bed as we thought something of ours had rolled under it. The carpet was very dirty and lots of food on it etc. I suggest the cleaners move the bed to vacuum. Staff are very friendly and efficient especially reception and bar. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but had breakfast which is buffet style. Although they had run out of some breakfast items the staff were very helpful in making sure they replenished anything if you asked. This is the third time of visiting and it is our go to hotel if we want to stay in Broadstairs. "
