"Great hotel and staff located within walking distance of everything you want to see, fine restaurants and more. Breakfast was delicious and hot: great cappuccino. Very helpful staff and attentive to your needs. Had a very spacious and clean room with a view of the Duomo. Very comfortable king-size bed with luxuriously white sheets and Nespresso coffee machine. Special thanks to Analisa and Miranda who were so wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves 5 stars."

"The staff were welcoming and attentive and the room was clean. We loved the free minibar, which was restocked with a couple of snacks every day. I can’t give it more than 3 stars, however, because of the building itself. Over the course of 5 days, we experienced: a sink that leaked all over the floor, two broken lights, bone shattering construction noise from outside the building and alternating odours of glue, sewage and petrol. The hotel management made no attempt to tell us prior to our trip...

"Beautiful Borgo with views over Sienna and wonderful Tuscan countryside.
In peak summer there is a family pool and adults only pool. The family pool was quiet and nice area to relax.
About 20-30 mins to Siena we explored lots of lovely hill top places for dinner each night.
Pool side dining was ok, club sandwiches that type of thing not extensive choice but adequate.
Stunning views, good location to explore surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. I stayed with my family two boys age 9...

"Location is excellent but if you’re driving in that area it’s probably best to get a taxi as the parking garage is on the right side of a T junction one a one way road!!
Room is comfortable but please check type of room as you book as we had a room with no views!
Breakfast buffet is awesome.
Would recommend the hotel as long as you are willing to pay the extra money for it"

"The hotel is in a great spot approx 300m behind the main Piazza. Good view if you have one of the rooms at the front.
Breakfast was a little limited and the wait for fresh eggs was over 10 minutes. However, the scrambled and fried eggs were good as was the quality of the rest of the products.
The bed was very comfy.
The staff were great and assisted us with booking an early taxi for our train departure.
We would stay here again."
