"The location was very neat UNTIl we tried to fall asleep. There was a considerable amount of noise from the road and nearby parking lot. Loud trucks drove to the cruise ship area at all hours. We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself. "Having a washing and a dryer in the room was a pleasant surprise. The cleaners, the hotel staff and the chefs were all very pleasant and warm, the space and layout of the room was immaculate. We will definitely recommend it to others and we look forward to returning. Breakfast was good and the location was close to everything."

"The pool area, tennis and paddle court were the most enjoyable parts of the hotel. The breakfast does not offer ample variety and the servers are sometimes distracted to what the customers need. The staff at the counter is okay but not as helpful as they should be. They do not want to offer solutions when asked difficult questions and the manager is nowhere to found."

"The Hotel is situated in a good and safe neighborhood! The interior is beautiful. We had reserved a room for 3 people as a family in a room with a king size bed. All 3 persons were charged for the room. When we came to the room after checking-in, there was no additional bed prepared. We had to tell them to do so.
