"Room was clean but felt a little small. Some of the staff at the front desk were awesome and some were just ok. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. Also definitely not quiet outside especially at night."

"Nice clean and quite location and ony a sreeet away form the main street of Lida with restruants and bars avaiable. Quick walk to the water ferry terminal with connections over to San Marco. Was a peaceful, clean and well run hotel in a very nice building.."

"The bathtub is a plus, the shower needed a longer pipe though if the person wants to take a standing shower. Room is good. There was a frigobar that worked, good air conditioner. Would benefit from better sound isolation, we had to complain about a neighbor room talking loud late at night"

"Description states elevator, however if you’re staying on the 2nd floor & have a room 253 or above, you’re climbing another 1-1/2 flights of narrow winding stairs. And going to the 3rd floor and coming down does not work! The carpet is threadbare on the stairs. If you go to the breakfast after 9:15 the room is overly overly warm. This hotel should not be rated at 7. This is the smallest room I have ever seen and it slanted. "

"Great little hotel away from the crowds of central Venice. Very friendly welcome on arrival. We had a two bedroom suite overlooking the lagoon and the view was amazing over towards St Mark’s. Location of the hotel for the vaporetto terminal on Lido was also perfect (literally 30 seconds walk). Breakfast decent with a good selection to choose from. Would stay here again if visiting Venice."

"The staff is amazing… helpful at every return! Adam, our bartender, is such a joy! The property is very nice, well situated in a quiet neighborhood and in beautiful condition. The bathroom is relatively small, but not unexpected. Breakfast offered a lot of variety and mimosas!!!"
