"We had a lovely stay and would happily return in the future. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic, welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions we had. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. "Amazing stay!! The front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful to assist with any tours/ transportation. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the beddings are good quality. Breakfast was delicious, quick service and food very fresh. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, walking distance to the Spanish steps.
