"This hotel, and my stay in it, felt like a dream the whole time. The location is phenomenal - incredibly central to everywhere a tourist would like to visit.
The hotel is exquisite - the decor and ambiance was so beautiful, including the lovely scent infused throughout the building.
My room was so charming, quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and we were provided one memory foam style pillow and one soft one per guest (4 total for a Queen bed).

"Solo travel for 2 nights and saw Yotel as part of a good priced package. Very close to the station and some of the key attractions e.g. Balhao market / chapel of souls. Roughly 20 minutes walk to the historic centre.
The hotel overall had a good size hotel room and presentation. The room I had wasn't amongst any noise and just heard the odd conversation. The traffic from outside was kept to a minimal only when the window is closed.
The gym was a big win with good options at the breakfast...

"The Check In staff was amazing! But Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We realized that the AC in our room was not working properly, so we contacted the staff and asked if something could be done, including the possibility of changing rooms. We had to wait before being given another room, which was already inconvenient.
When we finally received the new room, it was noticeably smaller and much less comfortable than our original room. I had also contacted the hotel about a month...
