"Didn’t like our door entrance on the street."

"The property was clean. The location is convenient but very noisy in the evening, around 1am and super early in the morning so we coupon t rest enough. On the third day, I had to take a cold shower because I think there were many ppl staying at that night and ran out of hot water."

"객실이 신축이라 그런지 매우 깨끗했고(엘베도 있고) 직원들이 친절했습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋고 코메르시우 광장이랑 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아서 추천합니다. 다음 번에도 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 다만 12시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 컨시어지가 없을 수 있어서 미리 연락해야 할 거 같습니다. 이거 이외에는 전부 완벽합니다."

I reported this Tuesday morning, was promised it would be fixed that day and had to leave my belongings accessible. It did not get fixed until Weds evening. When I explained I was not comfortable sleeping in an apartment accessible to anyone I was told they could not move me as it was full and that the inside lock would work fine (not that I could test that). "Lovely spot in the old portion of the city with fado entertainment and musuem a few steps away. Renovations were well done and once you've hauled your bags up the one flight, your comfortable bed and living space awaits you. A nice spot for a temporary repreive."

"The room was incredibly clean and spacious. Located right in the middle of downtown, it was perfect for sightseeing. Above all, Andrea was so kind and helpful. I would absolutely love to stay here again!"
