"Absolutely gorgeous. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. When there was a facilities issue with the room we originally stayed in, the front desk upgraded our stay to a larger room with a terrace at no extra charge and moved our luggage for us seamlessly. Breakfast was also incredible, the service went above and beyond."

"The hotel was at a good location! My biggest complaints- 1. their obsession with the pool towel vouchers! I left the vouchers in the hotel room before checkout but they had me go grab it from the room to complete the checkout process. 2. The disparity in rooms amenities. I checked in with my 2 kids and all we had was bottle of water! My friend checked in 7 hours later with their kid and they got a complimentary drink and a welcome pastry!! Ridiculous"

"This hotel was perfect for our four night stay in Lisbon. It is located in an amazing area, close to the heart of Lisbon but away from the chaos and noise. There were train stations a walking distance away, a convenience store facing the hotel, and everything is otherwise in walking distance or a short bolt ride away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself as well as the room is very clean and well maintained. AC worked great. Would definitely recommend!"
