"L'hôtel est situé entre 2 bâtisses abandonnées. Une chance que je n'étais pas seule, je me serais pas bien sentie. Rien a proximité a part un mercado. Tout de même a 15 min de l'aéroport et pas de navette, pour un hôtel qui a le mot Aéroport dans son nom, je me serait attendu a mieux."

"We were assigned a handicap room 211. We are not disabled. We asked to change room they said they were full. Next we discovered the TV was not working. They came and fixed it. After 10 pm my husband decided to take a shower the handheld shower head fell off. He attached it back and tried again the shower head was not working. We called down again to see if they can move us to a functioning room. They insisted all 150 room was occupied. My husband asked them to come up and acknowledge...

"What a beautiful property! Shoutout to the staff, they made our trip that much better, they were helpful, informative, caring and more. "The hotel is a magical place. The building is a total monument, every room is decorated with splendor. The gardens are very impressive. The buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing and the staff is extraordinary attentive and friendly. We had an awesome time"

"Not impressed for what we paid. Steam shower in the spa was broken. Room was run down. Our view out of the dirty window was of the buildings air duct exhaust."
