Ashley and her staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me get my car moving when i got stuck in the snow going into the parking lot. My only isue was that the drive and lot were not plowed. However that was not on them.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The particular one we stayed in had a balcony but due to the weather we didn't go out on it; the view was just "so so" - it just looked into the woods and also down the hill we could see a maintenance building.
