"Such a unique property! The location was perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants and jazz clubs. The hotel's vibe is very industrial, while still holding on to the history of the brewery. "We had a room ground level next to the street and heard the railcar all night not long. Would not recommend those rooms at all. The bed was very hard. It was close to downtown which was nice for our event."

Rude staff (the curly brunette that repeatedly tried to enter my room inadvertently because of incorrect information from the front desk, impossible booking complications, and filthy floors as others have noted. Did I tell you they couldn’t even pull up my resi? I could go on. Reconsidering AC and even Expedia after this experience."

"We used the outdoor pool and it was still cold out. The pool was great. We were able to swim into the indoor side to warm up. The staff was all really helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there Mother’s Day weekend. The street was very busy the night we stayed and we didn’t hear anything. I will definitely stay there next time I’m in KC."

"The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...
