"We loved everything about our stay at the cascade. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was great! It is in a beautiful spot with great shopping and restaurants and you can easily walk to these areas. Can’t wait to come back !"

"We used the outdoor pool and it was still cold out. The pool was great. We were able to swim into the indoor side to warm up. The staff was all really helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there Mother’s Day weekend. The street was very busy the night we stayed and we didn’t hear anything. I will definitely stay there next time I’m in KC."

"We had a room ground level next to the street and heard the railcar all night not long. Would not recommend those rooms at all. The bed was very hard. It was close to downtown which was nice for our event."

Rude staff (the curly brunette that repeatedly tried to enter my room inadvertently because of incorrect information from the front desk, impossible booking complications, and filthy floors as others have noted. Did I tell you they couldn’t even pull up my resi? I could go on. Reconsidering AC and even Expedia after this experience."
