Floors are all stained disgustingly. Felt like a third world country , not America. Rude manager who offered 25 percent off ONE night stay. 25 dollars for living with roaches ? Insulting , and a joke. He didn’t even call back after I complained with the front desk, I had to call. He had attitude in his voice. ...

"Room was disgusting, staff was rude I was cold asked for an extra blanket they told me they didn’t have the lady at the desk with the green shirt she’s a heavier girl was extra rude told me to basically get over it. Room was gross my mom got a rash from layin on your dirty beds, Curtains were falling Coffee maker was broken Tv didn’t work I even called front desk to have another room and he told me he couldn’t help me that oh well some rooms don’t have tv. "

"The room and hallway smelled. There were multiple big roaches all over the room. Airbdidnt work, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work. No hand soap,shampoo,or body wash. I stood outside the whole night never even slept in the room. Absolute waste of money for a roach hotel. Go anywhere else but here."
