"Studio rénové, confortable, calme ."

"Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...

"Hotel sky-in, aky-out, bem localizado. O atendimento de balcão acontece apenas algumas horas do dia ( tomar cuidado, pois quando chegar a recepção pode estar fechada ). Devido a política de sustentabilidade o hotel não limpa os quartos diariamente, muito menos tem troca de toalhas diariamente. Durante minha estadia de 5 dias, não houve troca de toalhas. O principal ponto negativo é a comida! Hotel oferece pensão completa, porém a qualidade e a variedade da comida não é boa. Comida sem tempero,...

Would have liked some basic info in room, but if you go into reception there are info sheets. Property aimed at French guests so info mostly in French and TV only had French channels. Still snow on Terres Grasses nursery slope near apartments in March. Ski hire place and souvenir shop on site. Bakery and...

"Chambre spacieuse et calme "

"We chose this apartment as it was nearly £1000 cheaper than any other options in the Meribel/Meribel-Mottaret area so weren't expecting much but we were actually pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, you could walk directly onto the slopes and there was a free bus service & gondala that ran almost directly next to it. However the man working behind reception was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The apartment is not easy to find so we called the number listed to get directions...
