Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. By 11.30 pm I went to reception and asked them to turn it down. Originally I had thought it was some kind of disco from the restaurant it was so loud! "Terrible stay. Dirty rooms, Breakfast is non-existent and all continental only. A lot of maintenance workers stay here, so you can imagine the standard. Depressing side of the road lodge. It is not a hotel really, more like a youth hostel!"

"The hotel seemed further from Stansted airport than Expedia quoted. The exterior of the property had potential, but wasn't well maintained and there was debris piled up in various locations as I drove around the building. The hotel itself is outdated and could do with some renovation work. The shower stepup in our room was poorly positioned and made for an awkward shower."
