"Very comfortable large room in the garden of the pub. Oak beams, beautiful flowers outside the window and a very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was eaten in the room. Unfortunately although the milk & fruit juice in the fridge were ok I am coeliac so the cereals and croissant were not suitable. When I told the young lady behind the bar she immediately went to a local shop and came back with a box of GF cereals and a GF loaf. Excellent service. Maybe a toaster in the room would be...

"Really nice and regrettably brief stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hosts went out of their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible (including an offer of a lift to a local pub!). Breakfast was really high quality and ample. I will definitely look to stay again! Thank you!"

"The rooms are not 100 % clean. The A/C did not work because the resent heat wave, a member of the staff mentioned as well offered a fan which never came in my room."

Blue Badge holders park for free. Hang onto your parking ticket, as you'll need it to exit the barrier. "Loved the location of this hotel, just a couple of minutes walk from the station so ideal if arriving by train, as we were. Plenty of good cafes, pubs and mini supermarkets close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them. Cafe on the ground floor was also a bonus, food and drinks fab. Will definitely stay here again."

"Generally the hotel was clean Not enough soap in the bathroom for 2 consecutive nights. Clothing from previous guest left on floor and a piece of furniture had a dirty mark on it that looked like dried on sick."

"3 problèmes la première chambre la clef ne fonctionnait pas, retour à la réception la 2e clef ne fonctionnait pas également! Un janitor est venu pour essayer de réparer il a resserrer les vis tenant la porte alors que le problème était électronique. Découragés nous sommes retournés à la réception et on nous a donné une nouvelle chambre. Dans celle-ci la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais elle a été réparée en 5 minutes, don en résumé plus ou moins une heure pour avoir une chambre correcte....
