"ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! My friend and I booked a room here very last minute and arrived around 11pm after the lobby had closed, however, the owner was extremely welcoming, friendly, and understanding of our situation. He let us in from the cold and made sure we were comfortable throughout or stay. The rooms and property were clean and well maintained, the location was very convenient, and breakfast in the morning was simple but efficient. Overall AMAZING ALL THE WAY THROUGH. THANK YOU QUALITY INN & SUITES!!!!!! (Ps: if you booked a room at the motel 6 in Santa Cruz off of Ocean Street, switch it to this place IMMEDIATELY!!)"
