"I wanted to pick a romantic spot to take my husband and me while I was in Santa Cruz running a women's summit. Our stay at the Casablanca Inn was the perfect blend of beachside serenity and convenience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome every step of the way. The location truly can’t be beat. Nestled right by the wharf and water, it offered easy access to the beach while still being close to everything we wanted to explore. Waking up to the sound of the waves and ending the day with ocean views created such a peaceful, relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines an awesome location with exceptional service and a calming coastal atmosphere, Casablanca Inn delivers beautifully. We’ll absolutely be back."

"Shower and bathroom was a little aged but other than that, everything was great. Would be a great improvement if floors were hardwood with replaceable area rugs. Carpet never feels clean in any hotel. "

"It was a beautiful resort but they were not properly staffed. Our room was clean, but found utensils (used) on the floor on the side of the bed. Gross. We went to the restaurant for breakfast, with a reservation, and it was an almost three hour ordeal due to the lack of staff. The reason I still give a 4 out of 5 was because it was a beautiful resort, very centrally located, and three specific staff members went above and beyond. The biggest thank you to Jacob, Jackson, and Nicolas. These three are the primary reason I would come back! Well done on the amazing hires. "
