room was nice, staff helpful. Phone didnt work in our room but didnt know until we waited on hold for 35 mins only to find out they couldn't hear us and kept hanging up. Phones definitely need to be upgraded. cordless unit had to be from the 90's. 😳

Fairmont Vancouver Airport In-Terminal Hotel
It’s a Fairmont and in the YVR airport, but you don’t hear any planes as the runway is parallel to the hotel and planes don’t fly directly over so it’s great. Our room had a full sized bath tub that can fit a 6ft tall man comfortably and the amenities provided in the room are full sized and thoughtful. ...
