In-room fridge - cupboard space appears to be there for it;
Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners;
Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work;
More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over;
Consistent customer service between staff.
Rooms are nice and clean.
Afternoon tea is generous. "

"Friendly professional service small but adequate room for my wife and I for a one night stay close to the centre comfortable and warm bed with small en-suite, definitely worth the very reasonable price, we would use again most definitely "
