"Very convenient location in T3. From the moment I showed up, I felt valued. There was someone offering water while I waited and it was a short wait.
The room was spacious, well stocked, and thoughtfully laid out. It was nice to have a bathtub (though I didn’t use it.) it was quiet, despite being at SIN. (I was a little surprised that instant coffee was offered, rather than Nespresso.)
I wish I could’ve stayed another day to take advantage of the amenities. I look forward to staying here again."

"The hotel is well located with most attractions close by. The staff are friendly & the rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of choice which differs slightly from day to day. For a 5 star, I expect the finishes to be stylish & something I would want to have in my own home but the furniture in the main section of the Food Capital restaurant where breakfast was served daily was cheap looking, canteen style furniture & this totally ruined the atmosphere & experience....

"It was okay for the two days we stayed in transit. The pool is decent and it’s a close stay to the airport. However, if your flight is slightly delayed- expect to miss the free airport pick up. Also, the food wasn’t great- honestly felt like reheated meals and the serving sizes were not very decent for the price. The hotel is not a location to sight see!! It’s far from everything and the construction going on around the property is massive!!!"
