"Phòng có vẻ cũ"

"I stayed at Hotel Boss during a conference trip and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the staff. James and Nelson were exceptionally kind and attentive from check-in onward. They answered every question patiently and went out of their way to make my stay smooth and comfortable. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you, James and Nelson!"

"Dessert menu needs to be changed"

"立地が何より便利で、2回目の宿泊でした。部屋の広さもまぁまぁで、体を休めるのにとても良いホテルだと思います。電車でもどこでも行きやすいし、歩いても行けるので、また次回も利用したいです"

"ALL STAFFS ARE SO FRIENDLY AND EFFECTIVE. BREAKFAST IS NOT SO GOOD, TOO MANY CHINESE FOODS (DEEP-FRIED), SPICY, FEW EUROPEAN FOODS. ROOMS ARE CLEAN. LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. "

"Phòng ăn sáng không đủ chỗ cho khách, đồ ăn không phong phú, không ngon. Vị trí khách sạn ngay khu mua sắm bình dân nên phức tạp. Không được như mong đợi. "

"Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer aus."

"The hotel was amazing! The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were so soft. The entire hotel smelled wonderful, One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location right inside the airport, making it perfect if you have an early flight or long layovers. Everything made our stay comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I would happily stay here again!"

"This is a nice hotel and it’s in a good location. Staff was very helpful and insightful"

"The hotel is convenient. We booked it because it seemed good value but when we arrived, the room we had booked was basically a cupboard and we had to spend another £200 to upgrade to what would be considered at any other hotel a basic double room."

"Clean room, great view of Marina Bay, convenient to subway, underground passages leading from hotel to underground and neighbouring Fullerton properties. Common areas are clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet had great selections of both local and western cuisine"

"The Grand. Copthorne Waterfront, was an excellent choice. The greeting from the doorman, the reservation assistant provided excellent service at every interaction. My room was well appointed with modern comfortable beds. I was given an accessible room, which for me was most suitable. Now about the mushroom soup in the Lobby Lounge.I have eaten lots of mushrooms soups in a variety of place's, but none compares to this. We ate there two days. My friend had breakfast at the buffet and raved about...
