"The rooms were very nice, the aesthetic of the hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and professional. Communication in english can be a bit difficult sometimes, pool view and cleanliness really, so many facilities available. Lots of restaurants,bars and cafes available, however it is paid and a bit pricey. No smoking everywhere. A high end hotel for sure!!"

Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place."

"We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. "Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing.
