"They refused to acknowledge i had already paid for the hotel, then charged me mich more than the rate advertised. The water only works part of the time. All rooms comnect straight to the lobby, so there is very little privacy. The building looks nothing like the pics and is bombed out. The entrance is a dark unmarked stairwell on the side of the building. The door is surrounded by debris and beggars. One employee even accused me of taking money from them, stating her count was off...

We had problem to find IT with taxi, any sign outside. Room was Ok, average, bed and bathroom, not so spacious, relevant to the price. Fridge and kettle included, which was useful.
