"The room was bare bones but clean, I only slept there. I was very happy for the price."

"First of all when we checked in, my husband was informed we'd been put in a "pet room." We did not ask for a pet room, and did not want one, but the hotel clerk said that was what we got. She gave my husband two coupons to use in the bar, restaurant, or gift shop. We immediately noticed a smell when entering the room. Then, a dog began barking down the hall. "Breakfast was ample. Tile in bathroom floor was loose. We got a feeling management is working to cut costs. Room carpet was not well vacuumed, otherwise ok. "

"Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

"Good experience overall. Relatively clean but aged and worn carpet. Staff was friednly and attentive. Shout out to Sai for being very helpful. "

"It was a goid stay- beds, linens and towels exceeded my expectation. Breakfast was good- i loved that the hostess made the waffles. 24 hour coffee and ice water in the lobby also exceeded expectations. Plenty of free parking.- you do need to have your own transportation, the only non iimdustrial place within a bad weaher walk was a VFW.. They also need some flooring updated in the kobby and elevators."

"Basic room, clean, and felt safe. The air conditioner was super loud and the curtains did not fit the window properly, so bright light from the outside walkway shined into the room all night. These rooms have outdoor access with no interior hallways. If you are light-sensitive or want extra privacy from people walking by, bring something to clip the curtains together and secure the edges. Overall, it was clean, I felt safe, and the price was right."

"Up at 6:00 AM to catch flight...no food! Took at least 15 minutes for anything resembling hot water. Water pressure so low shower was only a drizzle. Difficult to unlock room door...one key did not work. Only one regular coffee in room. Bed on for wall has severe depress or broken spring. Close to Cleveland airport was only positive. "
