"The Only Elevator and the Ice Machine on the 4th Floor were out of order. The Breakfast was adequate. This hotel does NOT live up to the standards of a Marriott Hotel."

"This is my go to hotel when I visit my daughter at college. The staff is always friendly, and the property is clean and safe."

"Staff is very helpful. Rooms have frig, microwave. You'll need to ask for toaster, coffee maker, utensils and dishes as cabinets are empty on check-in. "Breakfast" is coffee and muffins on a side table at the entrance."

Because of that, I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be the usual hotel amenities like a coffee maker in the room, facial tissues, or different‑sized towels. There were also people coming and going at all hours of the night, along with food smells from guests cooking in their rooms. Aside from missing those items and the noise/smells, the room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of TV...

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our concern was that all guests are charged an additional $20/day for amenities. We were there on a Monday overnight. The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost"

"It was clean and cheap! The breakfast was frosted flakes, raisin bran, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, that's literally it. Not even juice. I would still stay again though, for the clean and cheap. Comfy bed! Staff was sweet."
