"There was only coffee"

"Absolutely the most disappointing and uncomfortable hotel stay my family has ever experienced. From the moment we walked into the room, we were shocked by the level of uncleanliness. The carpet was visibly filthy, to the point where we didn’t feel safe walking on it barefoot. The beds were clearly not changed—you could tell just by looking at the sheets that they had been slept in, which is completely unacceptable for any guest, let alone a family traveling together. I felt genuinely scared...

"The Only Elevator and the Ice Machine on the 4th Floor were out of order. The Breakfast was adequate. This hotel does NOT live up to the standards of a Marriott Hotel."

"It was clean and cheap! The breakfast was frosted flakes, raisin bran, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, that's literally it. Not even juice. I would still stay again though, for the clean and cheap. Comfy bed! Staff was sweet."

"Check in with ease however for some reason my key fob was deactivated and i couldnt get in. I dint like the fact that there was only coffee for breakfast and unfortunately I dont drink coffee so breakfast was not included. Also other than coffee nothing else was offered."

"The room smelled like bleach. Bugs in the sink and shower. Large air gaps in the doorway. We left and could not get a refund from anyone!!!"

"The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our concern was that all guests are charged an additional $20/day for amenities. We were there on a Monday overnight. The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost"

"Staff was super friendly. 12pm checkout. They accommodated us with baby crib and the room was very spacious. Excellent service and very helpful staff"

"Not enough towels. Then had to wait as they did not have them. Asked for sheets and blankets for pull out couch and they did not have a blanket and only one pillow. Bathroom could have been cleaner and was very dated. "

"That’s a laugh. When I checked out my car was missing. The staff was ridiculous. I called the police. I was told that my car was towed, actually 3 Lexus and 2 Infinity there towed from that hotel parking lot. My husband is quite sick and the minute he has seen his specialist I will be looking into this. I was told it was a scam by locals in that area. I will be consulting a lawyer and I will obtain documentation of the past few months to see who else and what type of vehicles are towed....
