"The staff seemed ill trained in public relations. To enter, one walks through a cloud of smoke from the cleaning staff. While checking in, the clerk maintained a conversation complaining about the lack of work ethic in other employees. The room was surprisingly quiet which was great given the neighborhood. The freezer in our fridge didn't work because there was too much ice buildup. The AC worked well, which I was grateful given the high temperature. The water there tasted terrible. ...

"The property was great for a quick one-night stay. We felt safe, our room was ready, and shuttle from the airport was easy to arrange by calling the front desk when we landed. We did not care for the provided breakfast, however. Not much variety left by the time we left our room at 8:50am."

"My room was improperly cleaned they left some lady nasty underwear in my room and food in the fridge took the underwear up the the front desk and nothing was done no comp room nothing and I had to sleep on the little couch cause I found the underwear stuck between the mattress and the headboard. Definitely didn't sleep good"

"This is a really nice location very close to the river. It’s also within walking distance to the downtown area. The exterior of the building is well kept and the garden is lovely. The lobby is clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room to sit inside or outside to eat/drink. They have a bar as well. The jacuzzi was okay but noticed some mold around the side. Small fitness center. I stayed on the 3rd floor in a corner room which was big, quiet, except for the squeaky floor right above the bed area...

"We stayed here before, and it was great. This visit was during a busy 4th of July weekend, and the hotel was full. Our room wasn't as clean (we found hair and other small objects on the floor & the sheets didn't seem fresh). The TV didn't work and no one was there to fix it. We were "lucky" to move to another room. Everything else was fine except for no bananas."

"This Quality Inn was chosen by us mainly for the price as well as the accessibility to the interstate for our next day trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel is in an okay location and restaurants were 2-5 miles away. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Our rooms (2 rooms with 2 queens) were clean and comfortable. "The rooms were gorgeous, but for that price were inefficient. The bathroom though had a shower should have had a raised side platform and the shower knobes were confusing too. They had mentioned that I will have to ask to get my room cleaned. But someone cleaned it while I was away, without me telling them to do so."
