"Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Lots of under 12 girls with family in tow for a dance competetion in town. Quiet after 10pm so all was good! Great breakfast next morning! Easy check out. Sad the pool was under maintenace from earlier in the day so sad about that. I'll survive this one..."

"Upon entry of room, a strong odor of wet dog was present. Weren’t able to open windows for fresh air. Asked for a different room and request was denied. If the hotel is going to be pet friendly, perhaps only certain floors or rooms should be as the turn around time for cleaning rooms is not enough time and the smell just doesn’t come out. "

"The room was not clean. Very dirty floor. Looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a long time. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not much to write home about."

"When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...

"Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. "

"The breakfast was adequate. Overall, the hotel was very run down. The hot tub should have just been renamed tub. I’ve stood on warmer rainstorms. The only saving grace was we got a room with a jetted tub. "

"WoodSpring Suites Kansas City Mission is definitely a very basic hotel without the amenities of most hotels. But it's perfect if you're just looking for a comfy bed, kitchenette, and a shower. For those reasons, plus the wonderful staff and insanely great price, I would recommend this hotel. My stay lasted a week or more, as I kept having to extend it, and included my two small dogs. We just needed a place to stay while I was in-between moves. My only requirements were that the hotel must be...
