Great breakfast . Rooms lovely and comfortable- they had some issues with heating due to very cold weather but sorted it out . Rooms could possibly do with a deep clean as ceiling had a few cobwebs which heating vent highlighted by blowing them around .

The room itself was very clean just disappointed with the comfort of the bed and pillows. Bathroom very clean apart from the shower doors needs a lot of attention to the bottom of the doors very unclean. Soap and shower gel in shower very good quality and beautiful smell,overall a good stay and the staff on reception very professional.

Clean hotel and room, very comfy bed and great selection at breakfast including hot items. Ideal location near to the city centre and rail station, or car parking if you drive there. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay at the hotel, really pleased I did. Being really picky, the lift had issues reading cards before you select the floor you want, which was a bit annoying, and my shower wasn't very powerful for hot/warm water (only cold), but I made do, and didn't mean too much, it still wouldn't deter me from booking the hotel again. Overall, a great stay.
