"Pro's: Great location, especially for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water for the showers. Decent breakfast (pancakes, cereal, muffins/bagels, fruit juice). Easy and cheap parking $8/N with in/out privileges. Con's: you're not in a hotel you're in a motel (doors open to the outside of course) so the city noise is very prevalent all night long. Bring earplugs and it will help. Some homeless around but never on property grounds, but cities have that and I never felt unsafe. ...

"Unfortunately, the first night I got there I checked in late was tired and got to the room and it was completely disgusting. Dead flies everywhere had to kill a cockroach look like the room hasn’t been cleaned in months went up to the front desk told them about it and they did upgrade my room and gave me a different room which was a lot cleaner and a lot nicer and felt a little bit more comfortable. "Very clean room and nice bed which is exactly what you are looking for. I gave 4 stars for maintenance because there is a musty smell, probably air conditioner. I do detect smells easily. Pleased with everything else."

"We booked this hotel at 10 pm as we were driving to it. I wish we had taken more time to look into it because I would not have chosen it if we weren't desperate. The price we paid was not worth it. In the morning after breakfast we discovered the shower in our room did not work.
