"The property was breathtakingly beautiful. We were greeted by smiling staff with a glass of champagne to be shown around the main house. Our room was just steps from the lobby and dining areas which was convenient, however, we did have to keep the blinds drawn most of the time as all our windows (including the bathroom) faced the front parking lot. "Silver Lake Inn is an amazing bed-and-breakfast. From the beautiful scenery to the historical house to the lovely room with the comfortable bed and great shower. The hospitality of the innkeepers was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay very much. So much so that I’m already thinking about booking it for next year. " We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Crossroads Inn. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were drinking glasses, wine glasses and ceramic cups and saucers for a wide selection of Nespresso coffees. The innkeepers also provide a bag of food if you would like to feed their chickens! Breakfast was wonderful with local eggs, meats and fruit. We had a sumptuous four course dinner prepared by the Inn's chef with wines from the vineyard next door paired with each course. ...
