"Over all a nice place to stay.. i did message the provider with some concerns which they have not responded to (such is life) place could have done with a good clean and a visit from maintenance. my stay wasnt expensive so id say defo value for money .. however value for money an unclen property is never acceptable. "Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. "An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room.
