"The pool area, restaurant, and common areas are beautiful, which is what initially drew us to book this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is incredibly outdated and in need of a major renovation. The hallways have worn, dirty carpeting and scuffed walls, and the rooms are very dated. We only stayed one night before an early morning flight, and we’re glad it wasn’t any longer. In our opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel. It’s closer to a 3 star property at best. "A great place with great people. Location is ideally located across the street from a free beach and Port with shops. The front desk staff were very nice, helpful and introduced me to a taxi driver who was available most of mt stay. They even arranged airport pick up. Definitely recommend. Plus there was breakfast and the rooms are a great size."

"The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good."

"初めてのイタリア旅行で利用しました。移動手段は車。一人旅でした。フィウミチノ空港から車で30分程度でホテルに到着。駐車場完備。 　フロントは24時間常駐（イタリアは夜無人になるホテルがあるそうです）。 　素晴らしいホテルです。シャンプーなど一通り揃っています（日本のホテルと違い、歯磨きセットはありません）。部屋には冷蔵庫があり（ないホテルもあるのです）、庫内にはミネラルウォーターのサービスがあります。他、インスタントコーヒー、ラスク、ジャム、はちみつなども部屋に置かれており、嬉しいサービスです。宿泊した部屋は５階。なんとバルコニーがあり、眺めは抜群です。 　夜は非常に静か（海外は夜騒がしいホテルもあるのです）。 　日本人の方なら満足するのではないでしょうか。安心しておすすめできます。 　余談ですが、フィウミチノ空港そばの、パルコ・レオナルド、パルコ・ダ・ヴィンチ（ともに超大型ショッピングモール）はお買い物好きな方におすすめ。スーパー「Conad」などもあり、何でも揃います。"
