"Nothing really lacking at this property but nothing spectacular either. Stayed for one night before flight back home. Super easy access to Heathrow. Not a lot of food choices in the area (like None) so we ate in the hotel restaurant and had what amounted to a frozen pizza and went to bed early to travel the next day. Also, not all the channels worked on the TV. Called the desk but no one picked up."

"The check in staff was lovely. Our flight landed prior to the checkin time and staff worked hard to prioritise getting our room ready early for us which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us organise transport to the airport the following day, which was very helpful. We had a coffee in a nice little outside garden space in the sun while we waited. Prices for food and drink were expensive, but I guess that's the norm for a London...

"Great stay! Had a 10 hour layover in London landing late and they were able to accommodate! Only issue we had was the water boiler for tea and coffee in the room was moldy and unclean. Overall very good stay, right on terminal 4 so perfect for staying close to the airport!"

"Cheap and cheerful for 1 night. BEWARE the £14 a night charge for parking. No hairdryer and very basic room. Quite noisy rooms from the neighbouring doors closing"

"The hotel is located pretty close to the Heathrow’s airport, less than 25 minutes using public transportation. The room was very clean, the bathroom spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows are good too. The breakfast offered is very good with a good selection. Not too many close restaurants. Only two."

"Renaissance is a good option for anyone needing an airport hotel (especially if you are arriving late and will be heading out of London soon, or you have to catch an excruciatingly early flight). Typical rather bland contemporary design but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Good restaurant and bar but rather expensive for what they deliver (but this *is* Heathrow!). You have to use a bus shuttle (HotelHoppa from Level 0 in Terminal 2 is efficient and not too expensive as airport facilities...
