The staff at Chateau d'Angkor are the friendliest and most attentive anywhere I've even stayed at. They were prompt to give us the help we needed--from tuk-tuks and directions getting around, to coordinating with the airport about our lost luggage. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Very nice staff. We got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. Booked show, tuk tuk and museum ticket at the reception(same price as outside). Good breakfast and restaurant. Also very good location close to night market and restaurants.

Decent Hotel
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 days. The suite was large and clean, but the living room and kitchen furnitures were pretty old. The breakfast was decent and staff at the hotel were very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will recommend this hotel to others.

Overall good experience, very friendly and supportive staff, great spacious family room. Only point of concern: courtyard facing room is very noisy (some machine running most of night)

Had requested a room on a low floor as no lifts in hotel and pre arrival hotel confirmed we were allocated a room on floor 1 (1 floor above ground). On our near midnight arrival we were given a room on floor 2 & unfortunately person on duty did not understand our request for a room on a lower floor. We could have requested a different room the next day, but decided to stick with the room we were given rather than face the hassle of repacking and moving room. Room was large and very clean. Sofa and chairs in lounge are wooden with thin cushions, so not comfortable for sitting on. Chairs on balcony were comfortable though. Breakfast was included in our room rate - a buffet with egg items made to order. Enough variety to suit everyone. Reception was very helpful in booking transport for us at a reasonable rate and adding it to our hotel bill so we just made one payment as we checked out. One transfer to the airport was included in our room rate and this was efficiently organised. Overall a good choice for Siem Reap and would use again.

We enjoy our stay here and the location of the hotel is just perfect. Very close to pub street and mall. Quiet at night. Always clean our room and refill our water supply. The breakfast is just nice.

住兩房一廳，每個房都有獨立浴室及露台，有洗衣機，地方十分門闊落，但陳切簡單，沙發也沒有！ 員工友善，有禮！ 住了七天，每天打掃房間後，都發現遺漏了補充消耗品，如 棉花棍、 瓶裝飲用水、牙膏、 厠紙等，都要向前台要求才再補充。 我不少心打破房內玻璃水杯，在退房時也都要收取1.5美元，好像是小氣點吧！ 泳池不大，但設備不全，泳池毛巾沒有經常補充；還有一天，太陽椅的軟墊沒有放上，只剩木架。 早餐款式不多，每天都有少許轉換，味道也好！

Insgesamt waren wir sehr Zufrieden Leider war der Balkon kaum nutzbar Wegen der Abwärme der Klimaanlage (Fan) die auf beiden Seiten Installiert waren. Zweites Manko der Pool war mit einer Wassertiefe von 85 cm bis 1,50m für mich mit 1.90 m kaum zum Schwimmen geeignet. Somit eher ein Planschbecken! Alles andere war sehr gut, der Service, die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung der Zimmer, das Frühstücksbüffet war sogar Ausgezeichnet! Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen, und bedanke mich noch einmal herzlich bei dem Personal.

Terrific stay
The staff at Chateau d' Angkor are fabulous. Thank you to Mr Koh and his team for attentive service and responsiveness to all our needs. Breakfast and the in house room service were good also, with reasonable room service prices. The hotel is an easy 2 minute walk to Heritage mall, and a tuktuk ride to great local restaurants like The Embassy, Marum, and Sugar Palm is only three dollars each way. Hope to be back someday.

出発の飛行機が遅れ、トランジットの飛行機も遅れてクタクタになってしまいました。 空港送迎をお願いしてあったので、名前のプラカードを見た時は、ホテルに着いたような安心感がありました。 ホテルに着いてチェックイン・施設の説明をスタッフの方々が丁寧に説明してくださいました。 部屋に入室すると広さにびっくり我が家の2倍はありました。 疲れ過ぎて外食に行く元気もなく ご飯に困っているとスタッフの方がルームサービスを進めてくれました。 朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 個人的にパンがとても美味しかった。 エレベーターは、ありませんが気になりませんでした。 部屋・タオル類 すべて綺麗でした。

Great location, near the city but quiet. Great service. We got an upgrade on arrival: the reception manager noticed my difficulty to walk and decided to give us a suite on the ground floor so I don't have to go up the stairs. Our stay was perfect!

Gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage
Das Hotel ist gepflegt, die Zimmer sauber, Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut mit warmen Eierspeisen. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Pub Street mit unzähligen Kneipen und Restaurants. Supermarkt, Geldwechsel sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Netter Pool. Das einzige Manko war dass die Matratzen sehr hart wRen und unser Zimmer etwas dunkel.Die Zimmer zur Straße raus sind es etwas lauter wegen der Mopeds, aber nachts war es ok. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Organisiert auch Transporte für die Weiterreise.

Hôtel à taille humaine (24 chambres) très bien situé au centre de Siem Reap, à 5 minutes à pied des Royal Gardens et 15 minutes du Old Market. Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréables et bien équipées. Bon petit déjeuner et belle piscine. Personnel charmant et à l’écoute.

Nice, clean hotel. Large suites, comfortable bed, washing machine greatly appreciated, lounge furniture not particularly comfortable, hard wooden furniture. Quick efficient check-in by helpful and polite staff. Had a small issue with location of room, wasp nest outside which was beyond hotels responsibility, but hotel good enough to move us and upgraded our room which was appreciated. Good sized, well maintained pool. Good location for eats and shopping, short tuk tuk ride to Pub St. and markets. Breakfast Ok but not outstanding. Free shuttle to airport included. A good choice to stay at.

A lovely aparthotel close to everything
If we ever have the opportunity to come back to Siem Reap and Cambodia, Chateau d'Angkor La Residence Will have us again. Big, spacious apartments for couple or families. Good breakfast. Staff were super helpful, always available and we had a very good time. We booked our tours though the hotel; better, and cheaper - although nothing in Cambodia is really expensive. Angkor and Khampong Phluk we opted for tuktuk and Teddy gave us two super days..

Great space for families with large apartment style accomm. Wonderful service with champagne and fruit on arrival. Location is superb with a short walk to the river and restaurants. Beautiful historic French Quarter.

매우 편하고 만족스럽게 지낸곳..,
친구들과 4박을 하고 온곳인데 전반적으로 대만족이었고 모두들 다시 편히 쉬러 오고싶어했다. 메일로 보낸 픽업요청에 바로 답변이 왔고 공항픽업을 와주어서 편하게 호텔에 도착했고 2개의 룸의 객실을 사용했는데 생각보다 훨씬넓은 거실과 두개의 방에 모두가 만족했고 입구에 주방은 가스를 연결시켜 달라해서 저녁에 야식으 로 라면과 간단한 안주도 조리해 먹을수 있었다... 관리상태가 청결도가 좋아 우리는 입구 슬리퍼를 신지않고 맨발로 지냈다...조식은 종류는 많지않으나 매일 바뀌면서 주문식이 포함되어있고 모두 깔끔하고 맛있어서 모두가 좋아했으며 한국어를 하는 여직원이 매우 친절하여 기분까지 좋게하였다...결론은 다시 가고 싶은곳이다 더운여행지에서 땀나고 지쳤돌아 왔을때 아주 편안한 휴식을 주는 곳이다...적극 추천 합니다..

Just ok, very basic
Our stay here was ok. No major complaints but I dont know why this hotel is rated so highly, I would try somewhere else in Siem Reap on a return trip rather than book here again. The room was very sparse with minimal furniture. The large rooms were nice but lacking on furniture and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and laundry washing machine would be nice for longer stays. The sheets and towels were very thin. It was clean but not perfect, a few hairs left behind etc. Service was good. Pool was nice after a hot day at the temples, best part was mojito's and pizza by the pool. Breakfast was decent. Wifi was quite slow, no streaming at all

Great hotel. Bit dated but comfortable. Amazing pool. Bit far from pub street (15 mins walk) my suite was huge. Had more than needed. Had even my own washing machine. Safe area, 24 hrs security. Not good WiFi
