"This place was just okay. They will tell you there is air conditioning and trust me, there isn't. They told us it comes up through the floor, and they described it as radiant cooling, but it isn't as there are no condensers on the property. They put a fan in the room which made it bearable. We arrived on foot from the Siena train station at their beautiful oasis just outside the city walls, and were grateful to spend 4 nights in September 2026. Many people who stay here seem to have cars as they offer great parking just outside of Siena which has traffic limited zones. Palazzo di Valli was our home base to explore Tuscany.
