"We had a great stay!"

"Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Would highly recommend."

"We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free."

"great location and convenient. Wonderful view of the city from the loft."

"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

"Ideale per brevi soggiorni grazie all’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e alla cortesia dello staff. Unico neo è la posizione sul parcheggio di un centro commerciale con un bar accanto molto frequentato, ma in due minuti con l’auto si è nella quiete della campagna senese."

"Hotel had beautiful views and amenities like breakfast and spa were amazing."

"Endroit exceptionnel qui vaut le détour! Très propre et avec beaucoup d’histoire ce château est un endroit magnifique! Merci spécial à Diana qui nous a fait découvrir la tour! Le restaurant est toutefois moyen."

"It’s seen its best day a while ago. Basic necessities for an overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again."

"After a rocky start I leave my 3 nights stay at Sarna Residence with a traste of pity. Great bullying (battooms should be bigger!) in an charming lot with a garden ando pool well design, you go away with nobody to say at least :" bye, ci vediamo....have a nice trip". Very odd for a family managed property. Trully. Even when I leave my usual 4 Stars hotel in front of Trafalgar Square ("Page8") they come to the door and give us a proper and kind farewell. Very unusual such little care of a...

"We had fantastic time here! The property is so beautiful and special! The views are stunning and the breakfast was very delicious! Hope we will come again! Special thanks to Tania who was very friendly and nice all the time!"

"We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!"

"Die Unterkunft war ok. Im Pool müssen alle Badekappe tragen, die gibt es dort für 3,-€ an der Poolbar zu kaufen."

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were...
