"Great live music in the Hideout Lounge! Pool time (in the evening 6 to 9pm) at the jacuzzi spa was abysmal. The spa was overrun with 20+ 8–11-year-olds until closing with no room for adults. There are no lifeguards or resort personnel at the pool."

"Hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and well stocked with a lot of options for guests. The indoor pool was nice with the strong winds that Reno was having during our stay. It allowed the kids to swim without getting cold or exposed to the wind. Would definitely recommend and visit again"

"the outdoor pool was large, and the surrounding area including the spas and bar appeared as it does online except the water was very foggy. We've stayed at many resorts with a lot of people using the pool including children and the water was blue and clear so that was a huge turn off. The adult pool (21 and over) was a little better. "The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."
