"Clean and in good location"

"We were in town for an event at a different location and didn't spend much time at the hotel. The property was nice enough and I would stay there again due to it's central location downtown, although this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at which charged an early check-in fee for an afternoon check-in. Keep this in mind if you plan on checking in before about 3PM."

"Staff was fantastic. Non smoking room smelled smoky. Rom had a huge fan or compressor right outside the window and it ran all night. NOT ABLE TO SLEEP AT ALL. TERRIBLE SITUATION. Also not happy because we were led through ads, etc to believe this was a Best Western. Doesn't even come close to a Best Western. Just anothe smoky casino operation where they drag you through all the casino to get to registration, and drag you another way through the casino to get to elevators. Being in our...

"Just awful. The staff was friendly, but overloaded. Sheets were gross and had cigarette burns. The room smelt terrible."

"Cleanliness- beds with stains, the smell was bad( smoke)bathroom,parking lot also dirty. Loud noises very late at night that lasted into the early hours of the morning. The staff was ok, but not the best. Not worth the money we paid. "

"I would have never picked this hotel if it wasn’t for our volleyball team. The hotel has very poor ventilation so it smells like smoke everywhere. Rooms are very outdated even in the newer tower. Floors in the bathroom and carpet in the room very dirty. Hair on the floor and shower. Stains on the carpet. Several times our key didn’t work even after going to the customer service and getting a new card. Overall a solid 2stars."

"I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time."

"A decent room for a decent price. This property is actually 2 hotels in one U-shaped building (Howard Johnson and Travelodge) and they share a parking lot. The room was clean and had a lightly mod aesthetic. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The free breakfast in the front office wasn't a huge spread but hey, it's free!"
