"세 개의 침실에 1개의 주방이 있는 1층에 있는 숙소인데, 매우 청결하였습니다. 또한 차를 이용하는 입장에서 집안에 안전하게 차를 주차할 수 있는 점도 좋았고 문 바로 앞이라 무거운 캐리어를 윗층으로 나르는 수고도 없었고요. 키를 받는 부분도 키박스 비번 열고 받는 시스템으로 비교적 간단해서 이런 계열 숙소에서 가끔 겪는 체크인 시간 부담(만나서 해결해야 하는 경우 시간 압박 및 늦은 시간 문제 발생)도 없었습니다. 그 외 베네치아로 가는 2번 버스 정류장과도 가까운 편이라 이 부분도 괜찮았습니다."

"The property is extremely poorly managed, neglected almost left to rot in dirt, insects all over the walls, alive or freshly smacked by guests, no AC no ventilations dirty linens. Unbelievable"

"The place is spacious and very comfortable. Great location. A minor thing is that they didn’t send out the link to pay city tax until 2 hours before check in. We did not get that so had to go the hotel to check in. If we got it earlier, we could pay the tax, get the code and go straight to the property."

"Only gripe / complaints was the air conditioner ( cool unit ) it did not cool since 1) was not maintained , 2) exhaust hose has no outlet available and having window open for it defeats purpose. Other than that from retrieving the keys was a pleasure from a beautiful and helpful lady whom was very professional to leaving was Very VERY good."
