"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."

"We stayed in the “Trilo Top” apartment which sleeps up to 6 (2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed). The apartments have fridge (and small freezer), hob, microwave (that is also an oven too), dishwasher etc. They are very modern and clean! There is a welcome pack with a bottle of water, coffee pods, small washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and tea towel too. It has (covered) parking and an unheated (which we loved in last weeks heat!) pool. There is also a gym and launderette. It was a 10-12 minute...

"Das Appartamenti San Carlo besticht durch seine Lage, in fünf Fahrminuten ist man am Gardasee, vom Balkon hat man sogar einen Blick auf den See, es gab zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Küche, insgesamt eher einfach eingerichtet . ein Restaurant direkt an der Anlage, weitere und auch Supermarkt in zwei Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar "

"We never saw or talked to a host. No instructions in the room regarding who to contact with problems/questions. Room was quiet and good sized but sparsely furnished. Appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. Black spots on the window sheers -hard to tell but possibly mildew? Multiple stains in the shower, glass door and toilet could be due to hard water but wonder if some cleaning products could remove the stains. The fridge did not seem to work no matter what setting we tried. A.C./heat...
