"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. "Be mindful trying to get to and from Airport isn't as easy as you may think or is going to cost you for a taxi if that's the reason for booking here. (They do offer to help arrange taxi service if needed, which is very nice, but again unless you are shuttling TO them FROM the airport during the short time frame they offer it expect to pay for it!)
