"Amazing staff and location."

"The room was perfect for what we needed. It’s quite rare to find a property with a double and two single beds. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and the hostess was really helpful with local information. I would recommend this place if wanting to visit Venice, we prefer escaping the bustle of the centre and escaping by water taxi to this quieter location for the night. The nearby restaurants and bars were great."

It was a perfect room for our family of three, with a sun room for our daughter to provide separate, private spaces. The staff were extremely helpful and catching private water taxis at the nearby dock was seamless and convenient."
